Pre-K is coming to KCCP!

Registration begins Wednesday, May 8, 2019

Parents need to:

Report to a Family Resource Center:

Mahalia Jackson School (Uptown)

Livingston School (New Orleans East)

OPSB Central Office (Westbank)

The child must turn 4 by September 30th!

Bring with you:

Child’s Birth Certificate

Parent Identification Card

Proof of Guardianship if you are not the parent (foster care, custody paper, etc.)

Proof of Residence (Current Lease, Section 8 Voucher, Water bill, electric bill, cable bill, etc)

Proof of Income (4 Check stubs, W-2, SS Benefit, etc)

Non-Working Parents please provide:

Latest Unemployment Statement

If not receiving unemployment: Parent/caregiver must submit a letter of support and income documentation from support source.

Please do not come to the school to complete the OneApp, you must report to a FRC, and space is limited!!!
